Broken Promise
Assalamualaikum wbt
I break my coffee-free promise. Blame Media-Mart for not providing the thing that I was looking for just now. I’ve been aiming for that thing since two weeks ago. Due to some obstacles that came around, I could not go there last week. But see, now everything was gone. I’ve missed the offer. The thing is no longer there! *meroyan sekejap*
So, instead of spending money at Media-Mart, I went to Ashan City (a hypermarket on the first floor at Capital Mall), I shopped for personal stuffs and some groceries. Since I am not fully recovered yet, I just grabbed whatever was in my mind without referring to the list that I brought. On the way back, I passed by Coffee House.
So, there I was. Breaking my own promise. I didn’t take only one cup but two. Yes. Two. Even the waitress looked surprised when I ordered the second Frappe. She must be thinking that I looked so hopeless just now.
Who must not, right? I sat there alone, had my coffee alone, plus the disappointed look all over my face, everyone would have thought the same. Huhu. I called home and talked to my dad. He said: There must be something better awaits me in the future. Just play along with the currency at the moment.
Beforehand, I talked to my little brother.
Me: Awak buat apa tu Zizi?
Zizi: Baca blog awak dengan mak.
Me: Hohoho. Awak baca yang mana ni?
Zizi: Yang mimpi tu.
Me: Haha. Ok ok. Dah dah. Ayah dah balik belum? Panggil ayah sat.
Zizi: Ayah on the phone. Kejap eh.
Note 1: I don’t know why. I feel shy whenever I call home and they tell me they’re reading my blog. So next time, just lie to me that you’re doing something else if I happen to call you all, eh? 😆
Note 2: It’s +4’C today! I met a few Russians with shorts just now (like going to play futsal or something like that) and a few people were riding bicycles! Seriously, I’m so excited to enjoy the spring!

Coffee o’ coffee.
Sekali kena rasa nak lagi. Coffee has been a loyal companion to me since last semester. Malam yang sunyi dan sejuk boleh jadi seronok dengan adanya kopi. Rasa malas nak ke lecture sebab kesejukan pun boleh hilang bila ada kopi.

Azra dah lama stop minum coffee tapi petang tadi hirup seteguk iced tak-ingat-nama coffee yang dibeli kawan – rasanya sungguh pahit. Haha.

Next time I read a blog, Hopefully it doesn’t disappoint me just as much as this one. After all, Yes, it was my choice to read through, nonetheless I really thought you would probably have something interesting to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something you can fix if you were not too busy seeking attention.
